“New renovated property with brand new floor, bathroom and kitchen cabinets which were very nice; however there are not enough plates, cups, bowls for our stay. Also, bath mat and bath curtain need to be replaced. The cleanness needs to be improved. ”

“The breakfast menu was good and kept well stocked. The room we had was large and clean and the pool was a nice size, and designed in a way that kept splashing of the waterslide away from casual swimmers. ”

The girls enjoyed the pool and the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here for future swim meets. ”

“We were charged an extra $100 without notice for noise complaints and a broken cart that we did not do, nor were we ever once informed about this during our stay. Several other hockey team families were staying at the hotel at the same time and it seems that they hotel has just randomly charged all who were there with out proof or evidence to show who was to blame. “Room could be cleaner: bathroom light switch, walls could use a wipe down. Breakfast, bland instant eggs, undercooked hadhbrowns, sausage with bleachy aftertaste, waffles are ok, the little ones end up mushy, stick with the big one. Pancake machine might be a better idea. Toast machine requires 3 passes to lightly toast an English muffin. Pool, either overcrowded or completely unusable, our last morning there we’re told the hottub will require several hours to warm up, and the pool maintenance……
