“clean room and friends hosts”

“New renovated property with brand new floor, bathroom and kitchen cabinets which were very nice; however there are not enough plates, cups, bowls for our stay. Also, bath mat and bath curtain need to be replaced. The cleanness needs to be improved. ”

“The room was cold we had to use a space heater. The adjoining room had the light on all night and we could see light all around the door all night long . I gave notice to day staff that we would be checking out early and she rold me to tell the day staff because she didn't know how to do refunds. Come the next day they said i didnt give 24 notice so they charged me for the day i wasnt there. Not impressed with so called Manger not professional at all. I wouldn't let a dig stay there.”

“This is an old-style drive-up motel experience, it ain't no country club! But it was clean, conveniently located, friendly manager, & very good value! ”

“Arrived, in a blizzard, just a few minutes after the designated check-in time only to find TC Motel doesn't actually have an office in their building. You're directed to go across the street, in a blizzard, and get a room at the TC Motel from the EconoLodge desk. But, there was no one at the desk when I arrived - after driving thorough a blizzard to get there at the check-in time advertised. Another client of theirs was on his 3rd visit to the desk as he couldn't get his room key to open his……

“I had a very comfortable stay here, and the price was very affordable. I ate at the restaurant which was quite good. They let me check out a few hours late with no extra charge which was very helpful.”

“We stayed here recently for my daughters swim meet in Medicine Hat and I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations here. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. The girls enjoyed the pool and the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here for future swim meets. ”

“Clean but no face clothes and no extra blanket on the bed or in the room. Toilet didn’t flush properly and had to wait extra 45 minutes for room to be cleaned when arrived. Continental breakfast was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.”

“The staff was exceptional and friendly. This is honestly in my top 5 stays for hotel stays with my family. The room was spacious, clean, the beds and pillows were super comfy. The pool was good and provided needed entertainment. The breakfast was exceptional! There was so many options that there was something for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs somewhere to stay.”
