“Stole money from my account days after visiting due to a pet fee when we called to talk to manger they lied and said it was a pet fee we didt have pets we had to call 3 times to even get a manager as they never called back then switched there story's to a plumbing issues witch was cased by there main system backing up into our toilet witch we reported then being told the pet claimed is now to cover that cost and they won't return our money we go to med hat often and they have lost a loyal……

“Stayed here because I had an event to attend on their banquet room which was amazing. Room itself was musty. Small ants all over the bathroom floor.”

“Don’t ask for a king bedroom. They are not apart of the hotel. They are around d the back in a motel section”

“Room smelled like an ashtray...disgusting! Carpets were decades old and soiled heavily. Never stay there again!”

“The room was very dirty and unclean. It also smelled like smoke cigarettes. There were not enough towels and the bed was not clean. One of the beds had no blanket and the pillows were dirty.”

“Room was clean but could be updated very small bathroom and shower had no glass at one end of the shower so water on the floor At night and early in the morning since we were at the end of the hotel you could hear people coming and going as the door to the outside was very noisy it was banging breakfast was mediocre at best Good location to the Medicine Hat Mall and lots of restaurants and fast food locations near by”
