"Room clean and bed comfortable. Excellent view from balcony and great hammock to admire it from. Air conditioning up to the climate. Lots of activities on site and places to explore. Fantastic bird life and lots of animals easily seen. Staff pleasant and helpful with most speaking English. Free night safari with room but would highly recommend the other trips. Food good at restaurant and monkey bar. There is a shop for souvenirs and a stand for snacks/soft drinks"

"I did not like the area where the hotel was located. The surrounding area was considered a rough and seemed a bit unsafe. Other than that thd hotel was lovely and very clean with friendly staff and service. "

"Staff, especially William, was helpful. The elevator did not work for a couple of days and 8th floor was a bit of a walk. The driveway access is in a really poor condition. The room was just fine. "

"Upon checkin, greet guests with amenities first, not rules or what they can't do. Just something I noticed. Nice clean grounds, pool, and peer. Room though small, was sufficient for the night. Slept well and loved the hammock. Again, clean grounds."
