I booked a 3 night stay. During the second and third day the A/C was not working. I brought it up to the front desk attention. I had difficulty sleeping due to the A/C not working and the Sacramento heat it was 113 degrees outside and I stayed on the third floor. The room was warmer than the hallways and the first floor/lobby where the A/C was working. I did not stay the whole day on my final day because my room felt like a sauna.

Terrible check-in experience. Very slow. Then given room right next to elevator- very noisy. Final straw was the morning and unable to get hot water to the shower. Called down to front desk and was told to try the cold water. Slight improvement in water temp but not a hot shower! Would not stay here again and thankful it was only 1 night.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and linens. Clean with great air conditioning. Parking was secured behind closed gate. I did not use the pool, it was very small. Down side of property was parking spaces were small/tight. Would stay again.

The room was very comfortable up-to-date very luxurious unfortunately they’re venting. System is the old one and you could smell smoke and I complained to them about it and they said they took care of it, but you could smell it every morning and night cigarettes smelled like it was coming in the vent. I literally had to cover it with plastic bag.
