Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen & full size washer & dryer in the unit. Wifi / internet & Cable TV is included. The living room comes with a pull out bed couch. Most of the items in this unit are new or nearly new. Comes with your own attached 1 car garage. Kids park across the street.

Luxury Sacramento Condo
Michaels place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near grocery stores and close to all the lovely restaurants of the area. But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The whole place made us feel at ease. Michael was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. I would definitely come again!
