AC was not working the first day, called the landlord and took care of it. Parking was a struggle as it was 4 adults and only one parking spot.

Great condo!
This condo was the perfect stay for a group of eight friends! Two things to consider: the condo is right off the freeway so the road noise is a little loud and the house can only park two cars (there is visitor parking but it’s sometimes full.) Other than that it was lovely and clean.

Perfect stay
My family and i got this rental last minute for a weekend trip out to Sacramento. We found this condo which inside of a gated community and let me just say pictures do not do it justice. This place was spacious enough to hold my family and I comfortably. We had our own personal 2 car garage to park in which was very convenient. The house was very clean with plenty of bedding and towels to use! With the cleanliness and security, i Would definitely rent again if In the area ever again.
