Room was very very clean. I liked that the front door had an access code but I'm guessing that is due to the super sketchy park directly across the street. I'm glad there was a spot to park in the drive if the inn cause I would hate my car to be parked on that main road. The kitchenette downstairs was awesome. Had extra plates and utensils, coffee cups and coffee machine. Everything you'd need. Wine available downstairs in the evening with extra glasses to spare. This place is not for the quiet sleeper though. You could hear everything everything your neighbors did, especially the gentleman with the unfortunately loud sneezes.

Very clean, quiet and lovely B & B. We did have significant issues with the reception as our card had been destroyed by the bank and there seemed to be an issue in order to use another card.

No breakfast was available at the bed and breakfast on our stay. The rooms do not block out sunlight. The ac turns off at night and there is no thermostat in the room to help. Parking was extremely limited. The house has a loud wind chime sound every few minutes throughout the day. Would never stay here again.

Our second time staying at Parkside. The ambiance is fantastic, the rooms are charming, the jacuzzi tubs and large showers are romantic, and everything fun in Sacramento is only a short distance away. We'll be returning, definitely!
