"Location of the house is great, short drive to Hershey Park. Pool was nice for a hot day. The covered porch was also nice. On to the actual house, like I said in the title, this house seems as it was a quick flip and was not in the best condition. Multiple trim pieces missing around the house, it did not seem like it had been cleaned prior to our arrival, shower head in the master bathroom was not secured to wall, there was limescale buildup on almost every water source in the house, there were...

"The house is excellent. It is historic, but has plenty of space. The town of Fredericksburg is easy walking distance and also quite charming.The communication with the hosts was excellent and they provided easy check in and check out (even left us Hershey kisses with the keys!). Easy drive to Hershey park which was a big part of our staying here.All in all, a great experience and recommended!"

"This is the perfect place to stay when visiting AOAA. The host Mary was exceptional, she communicated very well before and throughout our stay. It is the ideal place for a group of guys(or gals) to stay, with everything from a giant tv to a nice flat iron grill to use. All you need is food, bedding and your vehicles. There is plenty of parking, you can back in 4 trucks with big trailers in the lot and street parking as well."

"The property was exceptionally clean! It's an older house with a nice charm about it. The cleanliness made all the difference. The beds are a little hard but comfortable enough for a few nights. We were in town for a family birthday so we didn't spend a lot of time there but the yard was very cute. We would stay again. "

"Our family of 15 people had a wonderful stay in this beautifully modern decorated home. The home accommodated 15 people very well with lots of space for everyone to be together and spread out. So much natural light throughout the house! The porches overlooking the river were wonderful areas to sit and relax, fellowship and enjoy the peaceful river. Pickle ball court was a hit! "This property is so well-appointed and clean. We appreciate the attention to details and all of the extras that came with it (kayaks, paddle boards, games, etc).The only downside is the loft space is a little tricky to access for little kids and it gets very hot."
