“Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar! Es war sehr familiär: wir wurden freundlichst empfangen, das leckere französische Abendessen nach Art des Hauses fand an einer gemeinsamen Tafel statt. Wir kamen mit sehr interessanten Gästen aus verschiedenen Gegenden zusammen und konnten uns gut auf Englisch und Französisch unterhalten. Insgesamt ein tolles Event! Die zu einer Auberge umgebaute Ferme liegt idyllisch mitten in der Natur. Es gibt schöne, große Aufenthaltsräume für gesellige Stunden bei schlechtem……

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1\. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2\. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3\. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge. 4\. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
