“I booked a room with balcony and they gave me a small messy room in the first day. I was changed to a bigger room on the next day. The room was on the ground floor. The so called 'balcony' is the garden and the room was just next to the restaurant. I was woked up on 4 am everyday by the noises and the whole stay was terrible!
