Disponibilité de la personne en charge de l’appartement pour les questions ou ajustements. Bémol sur le fait que tout soit en option payante :draps , serviettes , wifi, endroit pour laisser une valise . Prix du ménage un peu excessif (350 euros !). "Lovely apartment but as per usual with French resort apartment owners, it is a large stretch to say suitable for 4....2 tiny bunk beds and a fold out bed for the kitchen area. "We couldn't really fault the apartment. We did have an issue with one of the bathroom sinks not draining, but the Concierge Services sorted that for us. There is plenty of room, well equipped and the view form the large balcony was really nice. There was plenty of parking out front (and there is a indoor garage if needed) with stair and lift access to the apartment. The proximity to the slopes was brilliant with easy access to the main ski lifts and back to the apartment at the end of the day....

"The chalet was great, in a great location close to all amenities and the Diable lift. However, I would not recommend for 10 adults due to the beds in one of the rooms. There were 4 “beds” in one room which is advertised but in a very tiny room and not comfortable for 4 adults. All other rooms were great. We were told on the day we arrived that there was limited hot water which was not the best news with 10 adults skiing and showering. Overall we had a great time in the Chalet and check in...

"We stayed one night at “ Mon Hotel a Gap” on our way to South of France. The hotel is centrally located in the beautiful town of Gap surrounded by snow covered mountains. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious with large bathroom and large sitting area. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate We will definitely recommend it"
