“This is NOT a five star for what we paid and what they advertise. No customer service whatsoever. Smallest buffet ever and there's no attention to that when asked. We were a group of adult and we travelemultiple times a year so we understand the island. One family member got sick and when asked to call an ambulance the staff insisted on getting paid first which we had 4 credit card on file 🤔 but they wanted cash.”

“I stayed at Royalton Antigua with my partner for my birthday and, overall, we had an amazing experience. I loved the atmosphere and ambiance of the resort, the pool was great, the food quality was excellent, and the bar staff were fantastic — energetic, friendly and always creating a great vibe. I would genuinely love to return. My main disappointment was the administration/reception team and the way the US$200 damage deposit was handled. I was told the deposit would be automatically refunded……

“阳台下面就是酒吧，露天的棚子里面dj打碟，嘣嘣嘣各种音乐到凌晨一点半多。房间还是不错的，大，阳台能看见海，但是。真心太吵了，早上4点出门赶飞机，音乐停了也该起床了，完全没睡着。”
