"Our stay at Royalton Antigua was extremely disappointing. The original room was in poor condition (broken mirror, dirty floors with sand), forcing us to pay an additional $600 to switch rooms. The replacement room was just as bad—the air conditioning was uncontrollable and made the room unbearably cold, and a burst pipe flooded the room overnight. We were also unable to use basic services like the phone, which raised safety concerns. Despite reporting these issues, nothing was properly resolved, and we were even unable to sleep in the room one night. For a stay costing around $3,900 plus $600 extra, this experience was unacceptable."

"Things I enjoyed during my stay: \* Daily housekeeping + evening turndown service. \* Well-stocked mini fridge \* Great selection of water activities: sailing, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and diving (if certified) \* Beautiful beachfront location with beachloungers with umbrellas \* Multiple restaurants, buffet options, and bars- Cocktails were good and plentiful \* Staff is friendly and helpful - no complaints \* Regular entertainment schedule \* Easy to book tours and excursions \* Well-maintained gardens, hammocks and swinging chair \* Clean, well-equipped gym (towels and apples provided) \* Tennis court available. Also volleyball sandpit Things to note: \* Rooms are slightly outdated in style in my opinion \* Pool loungers get claimed very early by other guests (with towels), making it hard to find one in the middle of the day \* Food quality/ taste particularly for lunch and dinner was quite average overall in my opinion. (Breakfast buffet was good) \* Crowd was mostly older (60s–80s) during my stay (late March), rather than a younger, lively vibe \* I found the Tours to be overpriced Overall: A relaxing, well-organized beachfront resort with great service and activities—best suited for a calm, laid-back getaway. "

"My unit did not have beach front view. However, beach was 3 minute walk away and was LOVELY. It was great staying at Antigua Village, I recommend it to anyone who love to have their own space to decide whether they want to eat out of make their own meals. "Nice property however, they ran out of towels quickly. They have small variety of food and too much pork. No island special fruits and such. Not enough activities or entertainment. During booking it stated night club but there were none. This resort is for the elders and not younger adults. Additionally we were given special Expedia bracelets for some access but were not able to use it. The cruise ship drop off point was at the resort so it made the sea dirty and not desirable to swim"
