The stay was good, clean area, furniture needs to be cleaned like sofas and kitchen chairs. We did have a lot of problems with the door lock which took time away from our stay and outings, had to call corporate to help with codes. Come to find you have to pull the door to you while pushing the lock, otherwise it want lock and you really wouldn't know to do that. We end up late Saturday getting we're we needed to be because of lock.

There were several stains on the furniture and carpet in our room. Asked for more towels as we had 4 people in the room and were only 3 in the room for a 2 night stay. The front desk said they would be ready in 20 minutes and that they would either bring them up or let us know when they were ready and we could come get them. An hour and a half went by so we went back down to ask them about towels. They said they would be ready in 5 minutes and would let us know. We were on their list. We never got a call or a reason for why they couldn’t provide them. Breakfast was ok. Did not meet Marriott Bonvoy standards.

The room was good. The only issues were on Saturday, when several strange men were standing outside the hotel harassing guests. That same night, there was also a loud party at the hotel. Other than those incidents, my stay was okay.

Check-in was easy and quick. Lobby was warm. Room was hot with AC off; took 3 hours to cool after beach day—very upsetting. Room smelled like chlorine/chemicals. No shampoo/conditioner provided despite two front desk requests. Showerhead and handle busted and leaked. Bed clean and comfortable. Spotty Wi-Fi with buffering. Overall C- stay. Wouldn't stay again.
