"Overall our stay was nice and relaxing. Staff was very attentive and courteous. The buffet was good, but there were very few restaurants to choose from. We’ve stayed at other resorts who had more selection of restaurants."

"Algunas personas del staff fueron groseros, se nos dijo que no podíamos tener camastros se nos removió nuestras cosas zapatos, toallas pero a otras personas si se les dejó tener camastro con sus propiedades, es decir que si me meto a la playa y dejo mis pertenencias alguien ma s puede llegar y quitarlas y el salvavidas permitirles que tomen nuestro lugar. Se sintió que no fuimos recibidos de buena manera como anteriormente, nos encantaba el hotel pero al ver ese trato creo que ya no sentimos lo mismo por volver hospedarnos. "
