“The rooms were right. The exterior needs to be cleaned and upgraded, things like the parking lot and the fencing and the trash. But the rooms were very spacious and very clean. It's right off interstate 70 but it does seem a little expensive for the area.”

“I did not have any pets, but I know of someone who lived there with a pet. Room was generally clean, but found snack wrapper in corner of room. Air conditioner was effective, but kind of loud. No place for soap, shampoo, etc. in shower except on the floor. Had a hard time getting cold water from the sink. Bed was very comfortable, and, despite feeling pretty isolated (I think I was the only guest), I felt safe and secure. Place was well- lit and quiet.”

Property manager has no clue what her job actually is. 2.The property is falling apart, it is a trip hazard for anyone who stays there. 3.There is no service of any kind, no trash collection, you have to dump your own trash, no dirty linen replacement, you have to ask for fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels,etc. daily, the bathtubs are dangerous they are NOT! slip resistant I had to purchase a bathmat from the local store in order to safely take a shower. 4.
