Beautiful place to stay after long drive along the coast. It has charming vibe and the breakfast was amazing. I have never seen so many food options and fresh produce! Great job! Parking was next to the hotel on the street but we found a spot right in front of the hotel ;). Place was clean and quiet! We will be back ;).

Overall pretty great experience and would definitely do again. Great vintage and homie feeling from the room itself. Breakfast was simple but very delicious. Great location for local restaurants.

Excellent walkable location. Excellent managers. Excellent breakfast. The facility is old and worn but well maintained. I have stayed there twice. Recommend rooms on the upper floor only. The small rooms on the ground floor are terrible. Do not accept these rooms. They have no outlooks. Windows open to a small utility area. Noisy.

The staff were great and we so enjoyed this fun unexpected find! Free parking was included and an amazing breakfast was unexpected! We enjoyed it in the library but the open courtyard was beautiful too. Perfect in warmer weather. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. There are stairs only to the second floor so plan for that.

Historic Inn is sure to Delight!

Wonderful slice of history in San Anselmo that also pays homage to Star Wars’ creator George Lucas who is a resident in this community. Very peaceful setting and walkable to a variety of nice restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delightful.

Super cute, cozy. Would like to see variety of breakfast options from day to day. Given the age of the facility, can be a bit loud/noisy first thing in the morning. The surrounding area is adorable, plenty of cafe's, dining options. Will stay again.
