breakfast was decent. carpet and drapes were dirty. no water pressure in shower, sink wouldnt hold water, toliet paper holder was broke, refrigerator froze all food and drinks-no way to adjust it, closet doors were broke. rooms need maintenance bad. only got service every 3 days unless you requested it. Not what I expected from a Best Western.
