This was the WORST hotel stay in memory. First, valet parking for your car is compulsory. (Read the fine print.) Secondly, the elevators don’t go to every floor, and they have no buttons, you have to use a touch pad (that may or may not be working at the time) to “request” an elevator. But NONE of this is explained. Hope you can figure it out! Then, the bell hop was going to “meet us up at the room” with our things, while our luggage was just sitting on the cart in the middle of the lobby. When I told him I can take the cart myself because I am uncomfortable leaving our things sitting in the lobby, he said, “oh no, this isn’t Holiday inn. I will do it!” But honestly, at this point, I was wishing I had stayed at Holiday inn, because finding our way into the hotel was a nightmare! While I agree that was not Hilton’s fault, there was no warning or email, and when I called the front desk repeatedly to ask how I actually get into the hotel, there was no answer. That never happened at holiday Inn! The piéce de résistance was the following morning when I ordered room service, and it never showed up. When we called after an hour to see where our food was, she said she had forgotten to write down our room number, and they would “start on our food now.” We cancelled the order, and I vow never to stay at this hotel again. Worst money I ever spent! Beware!
