Perfect stay!

Staff was very attentive and courteous. I loved the warmth of the customer service attentiveness and positivity of the staff! They were wonderful! The rooms very comfortable and the breakfast was a nice variety. I enjoyed the stay very much and will probably be back to this location as it was easy access to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Incredibly courteous staff! Starting with the front desk, maid service and custodial. Very clean Spacious room! Breakfast was good:) We were disappointed with the outdoor pool which was beyond chlorinated and still quite murky. We did not go in the pool :/ Other items were bothersome .. an elevator was out, internet went down, ice machine out of service. Fortunately we were visiting family and were quite busy outside of the hotel. It is a great location. It just needs a money injection. I’m thinking that Hilton needs to upgrade the lobby furniture which were in tatters and the rug throughout. We noticed stains:/ You have a great team at this location … help them be more of an asset to Hilton!
