“My room was infested with cockroaches and the staff seemed upset with me because of it. They had no suggestions or solutions, they just mentioned something about the cleaning staff cleaning the next morning. I checked out early and Expedia was able to successfully relocate me, but we still haven’t received a response from the hotel’s manager regarding our refund request.”

“As a solo traveller I was a little nervous but when I arrived the staff were very kind and helpful with all of my questions. The room was stylish and spotless and had everything I could need (refrigerator, microwave, access to ice machine, and lots of linens and soaps). My room was very quiet. I didn't hear neighbors or street noise. The entire place is well tended too with little gardens and fresh paint. Plus it's near great shopping and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in……
