“Accidentally booked for the Monday 27th instead of night of Sunday 26th through 3rd party site. It was around 12 at night. The staff was no help and offered no solution besides buying another night even though I just needed it for tonight and not two nights. He was already paid for the Monday room and date. I told him I would not be using the room on Monday the 27th and would need the night of the 26th. I know I should have left but I was tired and nothing else was close. The room is nothing……

“Staff was helpful and check-in was easy, but the motel is old and run down, although the room was large and clean. Shower pressure was nonexistentent. AC worked but was loud. Mattress was oddly bowed, so I felt like I was rolling toward the sides all night. My biggest complaint was the noise from the road and the 2am train horn that practically blasted me out of my bed.”

“No service except one room. There is no drinking water in the room, no hair dryer, and the air conditioner is very loud. There is no official reception in the hotel, only a small window like a prison visitation for you to check in and check out. It feels very unsafe. When I went to a nearby restaurant to order food, the boss told me to be careful when I went out, it was not safe here. I will never go there again.”
