Was such an enjoyable stay! Absolutely loved the entire staff and they were beyond accommodating to our needs! Personally wanted to thank Miguel and Israel for being amazing front desk and making us feel so welcomed and inviting’

Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all a beautiful place for older adults and seniors.

Everything was perfect and safe

The place was exactly as described, very clean, located in a safe area, and the service was excellent. However, I wish the hot water had been working or that the issue had been fixed after I reported it. Also, we were a group of four, and there was only one bed with no sofa bed available, despite the listing allowing reservations for up to four guests.

Front desk, The bellman helped me with my luggage, the suttle driver, the trolley drivers were amazing, they gives us great welcome, and excellent service. The staff from restaurants are fantastic, they gives us great service. I really recommend Mousai Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico ( adults only) has great views, clean rooms, great environment, amazing service. Love this place, definitely come back again.
