We loved our stay at the Maxwell The view from our apartment was stunning floor to ceiling windows ocean view. The condo was very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and even a full size washer dryer. The pool was breathtaking with 360 degree view of Puerto Vallarta. Pool service was great best Guacamole Yummie. The location of the Maxwell is walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the Malećon. Great stay

Loved the special attention from the Concierge Josue. It really made the trip special for our 2 year old daughter. The Family Selection is really worth it for families with young kids.

Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all a beautiful place for older adults and seniors.

Smaller hotel but the staff is absolutely so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so clean & the staff are super attentive to all the details. I got sick (not related to the hotel) but they had a doctor on site & was able to come to my room without me going out looking for one! I absolutely loved my experience here!
