Worst hotel: Health and Fire Dept, inspect this!

I checked in here twice because I made a prior reservation before my flight and then stayed there coming back, it was prepaid via Expedia and I no longer have a choice since most hotels in the area are booked. The first night I was given room 327, this is the worst room I have ever seen. It looks like the ceiling is caving in, the the smoke alarm has been taken off with the wires dangling. I asked for a different room and was given room 202, this time the room was much better and made me wonder why I was given 327 in the first place. When I cam back from my trip, I was given another room on the 3rd floor towards the back. Knowing the problem I had the first time, I asked to see the room first. Good thing I did because as soon as we walked in the smell of marijuana just engulfed me, and told the guy I did not want that room. Finally, I was given room 212 which was double bed. The room looked similar to 202 but still looked beat up. The door jambs on the front door had screw holes indicating the security lock had been changed at least once. And then there was the bathroom... soon as I turned on the light, there were at least three tiny cockroaches scrambling to take cover. Since it was almost 1AM, I didn't bother to complain and just went ahead and killed the critters. However, the grossest thing in this room is the blood marks on the wall, next to the wall clothes hanger. It looked like that some previous guest cut himself and wiped his fingers on the wall.
