Dirty, stained, dingy.

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: Centrally located in Milpitas
The room is dirty and dingy, bathroom is stained. The steps smell of urine. There is only one electrical outlet by the bed and is used by the lamps and the clock. The door to the room is filthy, security lock was missing. Will not stay here again.

Posted Aug 17, 2015
We stayed at a different hotel the previous night and paid about the same amount but this hotel threw in cockroaches as an added bonus. So gross!

Hole in wall in bathroom. old meal inicrowave

Posted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: OK location. Convenient to Silicon Valley
Very poorly maintained Hotel in nice area. Seems strange that they take such poor care of the place. Found nice large hole in bathroom. caused by door handle as they had no stop to prevent it. Found someone's old gross food in the microwave. Seems the maids are asleep. So will not stay again. Pitty. Was reasonable price. And nice location.

Posted Aug 16, 2015
You have to get up early to be able to get anything in regards to breakfast the room were very outdated to the point that nails were sticking out of some of the walls but the area was safe and it wasn't too far from the amusement park we survived the front desk man was very nice

Conveniently located, good freeway access!not work

Posted Aug 12, 2015
Pros: Location, Price and Parking....My room was cleaned and towels changed everyday.
Cons: TV'S seriously need updated and sheets were cheap and, paper thin, although it was very hot on my 7 day visit so it was not a factor, Powerwash stairs
Location: East Access to all major highways and freeways....good restaurants and business establishments close by more on the Eastside of Calaveras Blvd.
My room was clean and quiet. Staff cleaned room and changed towels every day I was there (7 days) Parking was excellent always have a space. Heater and Air Conditioner work great. small fridge and microwave worked perfectly. Bathroom good size, was clean and shower was great.....TV was outdated and reception was fuzzy and not clear parts of the remote worked and some components like volume did not. Not all electrical outlets in the unit worked so I had to do some creative electrician work (lol) to make my lap top and fax function. My experience was for the money and location I was satisfied with my stay and would not mind staying there again...I strongly suspect someone's experience could be diffrent here depending on what room you get!

Want my money back

Posted Aug 11, 2015
first the room was small as can be and the bed was as stiff as a board,oh choose if you want light or your cell phone because no outlets to charge anything you literally have to push the bed away from the wall and unplug you lights to charge your phones and if you get cold easily well bring your own blankets they don't have any just sheets and I hope your shorter then me (5ft 5inches) because the shower head is lower then that,oh heads up tiles were broken in my room and ew the room looked dirty and weird gross brown circle was in my shower and the TV and microwave and little fridge all those plugable stuff right next to the bathroom so don't take to much of a hot shower and there is no selection of breakfast do you want toast or Cheerios? Well they only had Cheerios the bread was gone and coffee it's either milk or that cheap unhealthy powder "creamer" and rude employees they could careless about you just give them your money man they're on their phones like no other and won't put them down to say hi how may I help you, just go somewhere else

Unpleasant smell in the room

Posted Aug 9, 2015
My room had a strong unpleasant smell.. And the moment I walked in I had to kill about 5 bugs. There was cockroaches crawling around everywhere. And the staff was RUDE. When checking out. The young lady in front desk looked at me like if she was bothered by me walking in the checkout room and walked towards me & gave me the feeling she just did not want to be there. I would not EVER stay there again. Made me double think about ever staying at a hotel again.

2nd time I stayed there I liked it.

Posted Aug 8, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: I am disabled, I had to go to second floor to get ice. They should have ice on main floor.
Location: Good location, various places to eat.
Very close to everything. Everyone was friendly. The manager very polite, asked if there was anything he could do. And if everything was satisfactory.
