“Very spacious and clean. Living room with full kitchen, multiple balconies, fantastic view as in courtyard. Convenient location, near restaurants, cathedrals and everything. The little craft beer bar just besides it got great beers. ”

“I didn’t like the towels were not cleaned properly and no additional was given. The garbage smelled outside and was piled up. The chairs were not cleaned for the next guest.”

“The hotel itself is nice, and the room had a lovely appearance. However, our window looked out onto an alley where people appeared to be living in very poor conditions. This seemed to reflect the contrast in Casco Viejo, where renovation and gentrification are visible throughout the area. While the surroundings felt unsettling at times, the alley faced a police station, which helped us feel safer. Unfortunately, something in the room triggered severe allergic reactions for both of us. “The property lock is terrible. Is tricky to open the main door from outside or inside. I one moment we thought to call someone to be able to get out of the apartment.”

“They canceled on my 4 hours before my arrival in Panama..I was stuck paying for another hotel last minute. I have yet to receive my refund. The manager / owner of the property was very unprofessional and cruel to do that to a solo female Traveller in a country by herself for the first time..they didnt even offer to help to get another place to stay. My flight arrive 7pm at night and that when I knew the booked apartment that was paid for was canceled by them because the over booked.. not……
