It is standard to submit ID at accommodation in Italy. We were sent details of our room the day before arrival. This worked well. We had booked the budget room, which was on the ground floor. "I appreciate they provided info of transportation, attractions and nearby restaurants. 5-minute walk to the bus stop for buses that go directly to Venice island. The bathroom was cleaned everyday. The room was also clean. Comfortable beds. The room was a bit small though, and it's stuffy at night when we had to close the door and window. A hair dryer, a kettle and a fridge for guests to use. Helpful staff."

"We got to check out Mira and Dolo- we really loved this town right next door. The Villa was large and very spacious, the extra beds in both of the apts (2 of four) were really nice! The AC was a nice addition since it was so hot outside. The bus to Venice was convenient - around 30 min in and a little longer on the way home. The Villa was wonderful and I would stay here again!"
