"Great location and helpful staff. Upgraded to a suite. The hotel needs a refresh, but it does not really detract from being good. One thing that was annoying was the housekeeping was subpar. One day the raised the A/C thermostat and open a window. Another day they accidentally unplugged the refrigerator. ..."

No AC in rooms is a bit ridiculous specially considering is summer and is extremely hot in Madrid! Room 336 had no ac!! Moved to 333 and guess what no AC either! I am uncomfortable, sweating and I can’t sleep. Worse part is I have to suck it up!!
