"Room was very disappointing. Had trash left from the prior guest. The bathroom looked dirty because the tiling I was told is dirty like that. The shower isn't enclosed so you had water flood the whole bathroom. The blanket had holes it it. Breakfast was fine; only two options - nothing special but the staff at the restaurant was the nicest. Front desk not as genuine."

"This place has one of the best beach locations with lots of shade. They have a small cafe that has a made to order breakfast menu which is included in your stay. We ate there every morning. You can also order to go if you want to eat on the beach or in your room. The rooms are clean with air conditioning and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The down side is the lack of glass windows and the noise level. We were in room 532 which sadly was furtherest from the beach and closet to a very busy street. The traffic is non stop noisy. If I were guaranteed a room closer to the beach I would stay there again "

"We had a great trip to Princess Grand Jamaica! We enjoyed our stay. The resort was very clean and well maintained. The beach is a bit rocky but we still found it to be beautiful and enjoyed it. The food was decent, not overly impressive but not bad. My kids were very fond of the ice cream shop and crapes. They also enjoyed the kids club and waterslides! Something silly but we noticed a lack of garbage cans around the resort in common areas. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family. "
