"The McCoy Inn was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I liked the location, as you could walk to nearby gas stations, food, and other needs. The picnic area and fire pit were set up very well and maintained."

"We love to visit this rental every year! Roger and Mary are the perfect hosts, always quick with communication responses. Home is spotless. It is stocked with so many essentials, hosts are very generous. Fishing is great, I caught a 30 lb catfish! The electricity went out after a storm. Roger checked on us immediately after and got the generator running. I accidentally set off the smoke alarm while cooking, he immediately called to check on us."

"Absolutely love this rustic cabin! Location is conveniently situated for easy access to the interstate but tucked back on the river front for some seclusion. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the open agricultural field on one side and wooded separation from a few quiet neighbors on the other side. Walking bridge connects to the well lit path down to the dock for fishing/boating/kayaking/pedal boat as well as a well lit deck with nice outdoor furniture for relaxing and conversation. Kayaks, pedal boat, and life vests provided. The cabin is well equipped with cookware, utensils, an automatic drinking water dispenser with hot/cold water, window AC unit, wood burning stove, ceiling fan and table fan. There is no running water but a 3 gallon water jug with a motorized water pump for hand washing/teeth brushing/dishes. Hand soap/sanitizer/dish soap and paper towels provided. Bring extra water if you’ll be staying more than a couple days. Towels and linens provided. Large couch for guests. Dining table for 4. Fridge and freezer ample. Pod coffee maker. Propane grill outside with utensils. Outdoor dining table and chairs for 4 and some other outdoors chairs to gather for cookout in the back yard or around the fire pit. Single person porta jon is close the house and well lit around it by solar lights for after dark use. No shower so bring your own or plan accordingly.Back porch is a cozy place to gather in the rain or have some coffee in the morning with several seating options."
