Room was good. Only booked to sleep for the night and the bed was comfortable. Upon booking it says buffet breakfast but all there was, was waffle maker dry cereal toast bagels muffins instant oatmeal hard boiled eggs , coffee and juices. I guess it was set up like a buffet but not what I’m use too or was expecting. Room was clean too

Loved everything about the Hackett! Stayed in the Riley Suite and it was gorgeous! Had everything my sister and i needed for a perfect getaway and great location. Ate at the Galley twice and awesome food and service.

Lovely hotel for an overnight stay. Good restaurant with good food. Just disappointed in the neighborhood due to so much construction. On a previous visit, I found the neighborhood walkable and interesting. On this trip due to construction, it wasn't very remarkable to walk around the hotel.

We arrived about 10:15 in the evening. Room we booked was not available (2 queens) and got one king instead, ok fine, no biggie. Tv was inoperable….there was a sign to instruct how to watch the live TV but the antenna cable was disconnected and the plug connection on back of TV appeared to be broken so you could not screw the antenna back in. No apps worked and the live TV did not work. Room was close to the stairs so that was nice, easy in and out.
