I loved the location of this property, its quaintness and easy remote check in. The only downsides were that there’s not a lot of parking on the property so you have to either park at the business next door (and move by 8am) or on the street behind the building. It was also a little dark in the 2nd floor hallway so hard to see the keypad. These are minor issues and I would stay here again.

Such a cute and adorable place. Our room was so clean and comfy! Loved having the little tea kettle came in so handy. Great location to walk to shopping right across the street. Definitely would stay here again.

Comfy, colorful and close in.
Spotless and lovely room. Spacious with good quality toiletries, nice towels and linens, etc. Great place to stay, especially given it is one of the better priced places in the area. The only minor quirk was working out how to warm the room in a cold night but found a small heater in the closet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Note many of the places right in the middle of Santa Barbara have exorbitant additional taxes and fees, so when you compare places, be careful to look at the full price.

This is a very good place to stay in Santa Barbara. Simply put, the price cannot be beat for such cool little place. It is weird to have any interaction with people, but I think it’s the way things are going to be from now on.
