A very short walk to the beach and partial ocean views from the room. We brough bikes and walked them over to the beach cycling/walking trail that connected directly to the pier, State Street and harbor. We cycled everywhere and never got back in our car, which was great! However, the property is a bit run down. Though there was a remodel a few years ago, the paint and flooring were chipping off in our room and the same in common areas like the pool area.
