The hotel was everything we expected-fabulous! The staff were so very nice and helpful. One small suggestion would be to add some lighting to the area around the mirrors for makeup and hair styling. And there is definitely a need for more electrical plugs. Bring an extension cord.

While the staff was quite nice and the room was fine, we had persistent problems with a bug infestation that seemed to comein throught the window in the bedroom. The small bugs would make their way to our pillows, our bedside stand and even into our water glass. Clerk told us it was a problem throughout Santa Fe due to specific type of tree endemic to Santa Fe, which attracts these bugs. Nevertheless, it was quite disconcerting to find these bugs on our bed both nights wew were there. We spend a fair bit of time finding and getting rid of the bugs!!

The hotel is very nice and the restaurant is excellent. But their security is substandard. My car was broken into while parked in the hotel lot and four items were stolen totaling about $500. I reported it to the desk clerk who informed that they have no cameras in that area. He gave me a number for the Santa Fe police and I was able to file a report. Based on this incident, I cannot recommend the Hotel Santa Fe to anyone.

The Hotel Santa Fe has been my family’s first choice for lodging in Santa Fe for almost 20 years. The location is great, the staff are courteous and helpful, and the rooms are cozy, clean, and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to spend some time in New Mexico’s capital city.

The property is beautiful the staff is nice and willing to help. On Saturday night at 8pm, a dog started to bark nonstop. I call the front desk and within 30 minutes the front desk located the owner to attend to the dog. A few big ants in the room.

Beautiful hotel with a good restaurant, nice pool. They have a Native American flute player on Thursday nights who is amazing. It’s nice to have a free shuttle with friendly shuttle drivers. My family enjoyed our stay.

The service was not great. There was one woman that was good, but everyone else had a lot of attitude and was much worse than other hotels. I’ve stayed at thousands of hotels across 60 countries and the service here was definitely subpar. The shuttle driver was also really rude and kept driving me around in circles.
