“The staff kept an “incidental fee” pending charge on my credit card for more than 10 days (and continuing) after I checked out. Hampton Inn & Suites is known for this outrageous tactic, keeping pending charges on guests’ credit cards for weeks after checking out. I am filing a complaint w the BBB, NM Atty General’s office and FBI online fraud center. Also, behind this hotel is a dog that barks all hours of the night. If you get a room on the back side of the hotel, you will hear and see the dog.……
