"Breakfast could be fresher"

"We were very pleased with this hotel considering it is on Route 66 and that can be iffy. The room was clean and bed was comfy and very quiet. Nice touch with the decor of the 60’s. A couple of restaurants nearby and we got a good vibe of Route 66. Highly recommend "

"Interesting motel - fronting the (1/2 of roadside buildings old and shuttered) route 66. You check in at the bar. ( Free standing not attached)- nice person( owner)) checks you in quickly. Motel only had about 4/5 cars staying on a Mon in mid April. That can be a warning. My room was great, very large lots of bag etc storage and definitely clean. Very quiet on my stay. No breakfast, only a coffee maker in the room. Room did include a fridge and microwave. If your ok with an older, under used motel on a typical route 66 road in Tucumcari - this is your place."
