“Great location. Great room. Great host. Sketchy stairs. Not for the elderly or handicapped. ”

“We used the automated check in and they emailed me to code to the wrong room, so I walked in on a poor woman in her underwear. This is a serious security and privacy issue. I called and someone answered right away, so we only waited about ten minutes before they called back and gave me the code to a different, vacant room. Otherwise the stay was fine. We already planned to check out the next day so no one was at reception the entire time that we were there. There is a yummy cafe on the main……

“El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, nos dio calor al dormir, abrimos la puerta del balcón para que entrará aire frio, mi cuarto era pequeño y no había donde poner las maletas que teníamos varias. ESO si el personal sumamente agradables. Todo cerca, restaurantes variados y tiendas.”

“We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We were here for 4 nights. Our room was very spacious. We had a balcony that faced the water, but it was a standing balcony. You could not have any chairs out there. The views were spectacular and the hotel is very well maintained. The only complain I have is that it is advertise that they have a spa and they do not have a spa. It closed during Covid and never opened. Also, there is no pool. Our days at the hotel at the time the temperature was extremely hot in……
