"This resort looks beautiful and feels like a brand‑new property, but unfortunately the plumbing issues really affected our stay. We had a gorgeous oceanfront room, but the toilet in the room above us leaked and left our bathroom and living room in terrible condition. We weren’t moved to another room until around 10 PM. The second room also had water dripping from the ceiling directly above the toilet. At that point, we didn’t want to go through the hassle of packing everything up again late at night, so we just put a towel over our heads whenever we needed to use the bathroom for the rest of the trip. The food was another disappointment. It was the same items every day, and the quality wasn’t great. Even the public restroom on the ground floor had a leaking ceiling — the ceiling actually collapsed on the second day and stayed that way for the rest of our stay. On the positive side, the beach is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were consistently friendly and kind. There’s a lot of potential here, and I can see this becoming an amazing resort once they fix the major maintenance issues. Unfortunately, we just had an unlucky experience this time. "

"The location was great, near some restaurants with a parking spot if you have a car. The parking is in front of the building (in front of a scooter store). There is a close beach that is ok. The house was clean but it lacked soap in the outside bathroom. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one is outside close to the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, we could not figure out how to turn the heat on in the Jacuzzi. The 2 bedrooms were small, one room has a bunk bed that seems a little loose."

"They do not have an airport shuttle as advertised. They will arrange a taxi for you buy you will pay for it, $25 each way to/from the airport "

"The staff was friendly. They provided breakfast but not the most options. Beds are memory foam and slept ok but there is nothing like a beauty rest mattress. I like the location being close to the beach but nothing much more. Speak the language or dont go out solo if your a woman is my recommendation. There is some at the desk 24 hours. They didnt have much towels to give, When I asked for extra towels they gave me a beach towel for a bath towel. I guess that was all they had. The pool/jacuzzi didnt work at all. Overall the stay was decent and not the worse. Good for the price. "

"Only two stars … well located but nothing in the room not even a coffee machine. And nasty visitors (cockroaches) may not be suited for everyone."
