“The rooms were clean and front desk staff were helpful. My biggest complaint is breakfast. It didn't matter what time you got down there, there was never a clean table, replenishing food was very slow and only small amounts were brought out at a time. I think my biggest issue was that I would find hair (that was the same color) from the young girls working on some of the tops of where things like plates of cheese were. Although the young girls had their hair tied back they would be swinging……

“Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain……

“Nine Dots is a wonderful hotel! Well situated, easy to walk to attractions and restaurants, very close to the waterfront. The staff were outstanding, very helpful and welcoming, and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Housekeeping staff came around in the evenings to ensure our needs were met. Parking can be a bit tricky, but you're given a few options. Amazing breakfast buffet! Loved the artwork.”
