About this space:
Newly remodeled, spacious bedroom/bath with a private entrance. Luxuriate in a comfortable queen bed, queen air mattress, high-speed internet, small fridge, Keurig with free coffee/tea/bottled water, large TV w/ Xfinity Cable (Amazon TV, Netflix, Local, etc.) Control the temperature with your own A/C unit. Unwind with a private, tropical sitting area and table. Convenient location with a short drive/bike ride to beaches. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Off-street parking.

The space:
Relax outside in a tropical private patio, inside room has mood lighting and sound machine with waves like you're at the beach. Beaches are close by . . . Shell Beach 2.8 mi, Siesta Key Beach 5.5 mi, Siesta Village 3.8 mi, Downtown/Main Street 3.5 mi, Lido Key Beach 6.8 mi.

Guest access:
You will have your own private entrance and courtyard with table, chairs and shade. The room and bathroom are blocked off from the rest of the house and is completely private.
