Overall, conditions are appropriate for motel rather than a 500-dollar a night hotel. Basic amenities (small pool), basic rooms, including bathrooms. Extremely poor sound isolation - we could hear our neighbors speaking, and every time they used a bathroom, toilet flushed with Niagra sound. If you just need a bed to spend a night in Sarasota that's ok, but if you think that for your 500 a night you are getting anything remotely fancy - think again. This won't be the case.

Very outdated hotel feels like motel than an actual hotel. They don’t have room service which is not acceptable for Hyatt hotel. The positive things were the front desk super friendly staff!
