Large TV w/Cable (Amazon TV, Netflix, Local, etc.) Control temperature with your own A/C unit. Unwind with a private, tropical sitting area & table. Convenient location with a short drive/bike ride to beaches. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to use Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Off-street parking.

Cozy with perfect location
This was a perfect place for a couple that needs a cozy spot to stay. Perfect location in the heart of Sarasota, yet on a quiet side street. The bed was quite comfortable. The tiny kitchenette was adequate since we didn't do any cooking. Beautiful bathroom. We would stay here again.

Quiet Retreat for a Busy Weekend
I loved the bungalow! This was the perfect spot for us to stay and spend Independence Day with friends! The bungalow had ALL the amenities that we needed for our perfect holiday, very clean, updated shower, and comfortable bed. Thank you and we will see you again.

The unit has a comfortable bed and couch with good TV wi-fi access. Updated bathroom was very nice. Ceiling fans and AC units add to your comfort. I had an issue with the kitchen area which I was assured would be addressed before the next rental.

Lovely clean comfortable stay
This little gem is an adorable little spot to relax and enjoy Sarasota. Very comfortable place with everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed, nice big sectional sofa to relax and watch TV, high top table and kitchenette.. A new updated bathroom with a soft rainfall shower. The owners provide all you need and even coffee, cold drinks and snacks upon arrival.. Great place to enjoy and relax. Table and chairs outside along with a gas grill if you like to cook. Also a washer and dryer on the premises .
