The location of the house is good. The house was not very clean and we had some issues staying there. The cell connection was not good and calls would drop a lot. There was a smell but opening the garage door helped that. It has well water and the pump stopped working one afternoon. Luckily it was an easy fix and we had water that evening.

Nice and quiet
My family had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed and wanted. The host responded to an inquiry that we had very quickly. (We did not receive the check in information/key code until we asked for it. Once we got there and messaged the host, the code was sent immediately.) I recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice, quiet getaway.

Local home close to very nice beaches
This house was perfect for us. The fenced yard worked fantastic for our little dog. Shamrock preserve was right across the street for a morning walk with beautiful walking trails, views, Gopher turtles and bird watching. 10 days was not long enough and I would book again.
