An eclectic mix of furniture keeps your comfort in mind as guests are encouraged to relax and unwind. Attached to the living area is the open kitchen, equipped with every essential you'd need while on vacation. Sip a cup of coffee each morning on the back porch, before setting off towards the hub of downtown - only a ten minute walk.

Each bedroom features a Queen size bed, and crisp hotel-grade linens. A full bath can be located just between the two bedrooms, making it convenient to all! The bathroom features a large soaking tub, and shower combination, with a spacious vanity perfect for getting ready for your Savannah adventure.

Excellent stay in Savannah!
This property, in a small historic, colonial row house is compact, but well suited for two to three guests. The inside is comfortably and tastefully furnished and updated. Excellent shower and climate control. Private parking is a big plus, and location is walkable to most key points of interest. If you’re staying more than a couple days, clothing storage space is limited. Would recommend!

Great little gem
This place was just as described and pictured. Very clean and well maintained. The AC units in every room were a great touch to keep us cool and comfortable in the sticky Savannah heat. They did well with the limited space available to make things comfortable and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the washer/dryer was a nice feature! The only complaint I would have is there is no place to store your clothing, there are a few hangers on an over the door hanging system, but thats it. So you will be living out of your suitecase. Overall, very happy with this property!

lovely place. Only feedback would be to have coffee pod or coffee filters available for guests. It is so little in terms of cost to have coffee available so guests do not have to buy a big pack of coffee for a couple days stay. Creates waste.

Great Location
Cute cottage. Walking distance to most of the historic Savannah locations. Minor issue with not having the correct door code, but management was available on the phone and we got in. Overall, great stay.

Getaway weekend
Great location (neighboring homes and area a little old)- a beautiful and easy 10 min walk into the more Savannah classic homes. Fantastic breakfast, cafes, and dinner choices. If you come to Savannah to walk and admire the incredible architecture, then this is comfortable and cute home to make your home station. Appliances and dishes were clean, clean bedding and towels, soaps and shampoos provided, and very cozy family room for late night conversations.

Perfect for a quick Savannah Trip
I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the cottage. Extra stars for the interior decorator, very nice place. Yes, it is small, but if you are just visiting Savannah for a few days, with a small company, then this will be perfect. It’s Savannah, so you shouldn’t really care how big the rental is, you should be outside exploring the city and all it has to offer.

Cozy and Quaint!
A nice, cozy place for our family to stay. Two adults and one late-high school age child were a perfect size for this cottage. At first, it seemed a bit off the beaten path, but with walking, we realized that it was away from crowds, yet all of both historic districts were easily walkable. I would highly recommend for smaller families or two singles traveling together. Missed out on the bright yellow walls, but everything was clean and well kept. No issues at all with noise or commotion. A great visit!

Overall it was great. The code we were given to enter did not work but that was quickly resolved by calling the office.My recommendation would be to put a grab bar in the tub/ shower for older folks to get in and of the tub. For those of us that are not up to technology it would be helpful to have some information on how to navigate the TV. The location was was convenient for walking to restaurants and downtown.

This was a cute little apartment located walking distance to all things downtown. It includes a parking spot if you are renting a car. It is only a half hour away from Tybee Island, and comes equipped with everything you will need for your stay!

This cute little cottage worked out great for us. Everything was tidy and comfortable. It was great having an assigned parking spot. Very quiet at night even though we shared walls with neighbors. The street (really an alley) was also very quiet. Convenient walking to historic district. With four people it was a little tight sharing one bathroom but we knew that going in.

My lifelong friends and I were so happy to stay in this historic cottage. The location made exploring the charming city of Savannah easy - we parked our car and wandered the historic district on foot. The small cottage was cozy on a chilly rainy night. The kitchen is well stocked and a grocery store a few blocks away made it possible for us to dine in during the rainstorm.

Location location location This cottage was easily accessible to everything whether you wanted to walk, drive yourself or call someone to drive you. Well appointed. Many many DVDs and books to choose from if you have the energy after a day of site seeing. Hope to return.

Cute little cottage
Enjoyed the cottage as it was a perfect location and the staff was responsive to any need. The beds were comfortable once you got to sleep. There was a problem with noise coming from the back bedroom adjacent wall to the next cabin. You could hear talking and walking! The TV could be larger and easier to operate as there were no instructions. The sofa was uncomfortable….loved the color! It was a good location and we made great coffee in the tiny kitchen.
