"Excellent overnight stay. Staff were very welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable. Location wise, it was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. A really well run hotel with great service and a warm, relaxed vibe. Would happily stay again."

"We had a difficult start due to stained duvet cover, missing mug and half a toilet roll. Reported but 4 hours later not sorted. Eventually sorted at just before 10pm, by which time we'd also found a pair of jeans and underwear at other side of the bed! Items were removed by staff. The next morning spoke to manager who listened and was very apologetic for everything stating not the standard she would expect from the staff/hotel and immediately offered an uograded room. The rest of the stay was very nice. We had breakfast on one morning and it was really well cooked, nice and hot and good selection. The hotel itself is located in perfect position but just needs some TLC and a shame that housekeeping let things down. Overall due to how helpful the manager Kelly was, we would now return if visiting the area again."

"This is our 3rd visit, wouldn't go anywhere else. Small room with sea view, but I wouldn't call it small. Comfy bed Great shower Lovely sea view Fridge with complimentary milk and water. Clean and very helpful friendly staff"

"Really clean and comfortable. Room nice and big. Temporary parking for a car to unload/load, main hotel and parking a short walk away (this will get easier when current building work on the street is complete). Steps into property so not ideal if mobility is a problem for you, but it's an old building). Only downside was the wifi didn't work, but there's an adequate mobile signal and we didn't come here to experience the wifi so not a problem). Would definitely use again."
