“The staff was very helpful and provided everything we needed. It's always nice to see a smile. The hotel was very chic and an excellent value in my opinion. The location was excellent. “The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore.……

"The room is spacious. However, the internal design was still the old fashioned type. Only one complimentary bottle of water per stay which is a bit disappointing. The fitness centre is small and connected with swimming pool and is quite hot. Not sure if there is air-conditioning or not and so you cannot exercise much. However, the staff are nice and friendly which i appreciate."
