“Unit was spacious and comfortable. However this unit’s access via vehicle is not possible due to its location. The last 200m you have to walk in so not suitable for those with larger suitcases. Noise from bridge was actually not a concern. There was security deposit which required payment outside Expedia which was not mentioned on the listing and goes against Expedia policy. Note that while there is a kitchenette there is limited supermarket options in the area and no oil/ salt pepper etc”

“Guest ready was indeed not ready for guests. Check in was absolutely horrible. Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us. “I am not one to leave poor reviews, but for the sake of anyone looking to book with this property. I HIGHLY advise not too. I was given no check in information, after repeatedly calling I was told they had no way to check my reservation. Expedias customer support was not even able to get in contact with them. I’m unsure if this is a scam or just an extremely disorganized company. Either way, I do not recommend.”

“We are well warm welcomed by Joana and she is super caring for what we need. She is so professional and sincere and makes our stay memorable. We highly appreciate her working attitude. The location is super convenient, nearly all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. As it locates in the center of the old town, the downside will be the noise, we couldn't sleep well as lots of people in the street making noises during midnight. Also it is on the top level so the air-conditioning……
