This kind of space, central location, and well-decorated touch, is definitely a rare find! \*\* The detached ADU is NOT included. Welcome to our newly remodeled house in the heart of Wallingford, one of Seattle\`s best neighborhoods. This spacious home features 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, spread across 2 separate units with private entrances. Whether you\`re traveling with family or a group of friends, our home offers plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The house consists of two units, which can be used together or separately. \- The upper unit, Unit A, sleeps up to 6 guests and includes 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a comfortable living room, and a dining area. \- The lower unit, Unit B, also sleeps up to 6 guests and features 2 bedrooms with 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette, a cozy living room, and a dining room. Unit A and Unit B are connected by a door, so they can be combined and used as one entire home if desired. Each unit comes with a 55-inch smart TV and its own washer/dryer, so you can stay connected and do laundry without leaving the comfort of your home away from home. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience. 3.【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 4.【NO ANIMAL】 Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We\`ve got exemption from Airbnb so please DON\`T book if you plan to bring an animal with you.
