Perfect stay.
My stay was perfect. The instructions to get into the loft were clear, and all the amenities were easy to use. The apartment was clean, and Vince, the owner, was very responsive with instructions and help on how everything worked. You have access to all the amenities, including a reserved spot in the garage. Downtown Redmond is right there, very easy to walk to everything.

Misleading and awful
It does not sleep 4 or even 3 which our party was. It had a queen bed only. The dining table was 3 foot in diameter with 4 mismatched, uncomfortable plastic chairs. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable with a torn and frayed cushion. We left immediately and are requesting a full refund.

The loft is lovely, new construction with an open space and modern design.Situated in a secure neighborhood, close to great dining spots, shops and amenities. Access is easy, with a free covered secured parking. The queen bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The check in/check out information guide is clear and easy to follow. Now for the CONS. There was no 2nd bed as listed. After reaching out we had to wait few hours in the loft with no updates. Even Expedia couldn’t get a hold of them. Finally, after missing dinner they came unannounced and dropped an air mattress which was super uncomfortable and kept deflating throughout the night. The temperature was getting stuck at 55 no matter what we did. The week we stayed in Seattle the high was 52 and the low 42. We reached out to them but no answer.Through trial and error, we were able to somewhat fix it, but since it’s set to follow a certain schedule,we had to manually raise it every 2hrs or the loft will be uncomfortably cold. The washing machine is brand new, but with our luck, it wouldn’t run, the ‘clean washer’ light kept flashing, we couldn’t run a cycle. reached out few times, they answered annoyed with ‘will let maintenance know and will get back to you’ Needless to say, they never did. We ended doing laundry at our daughter’s dorm. The loft is great but customer service is subpar. Beside the hiccups and customer service it was good.

This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had, reach moment worse than the others. I would like my money back for this entire trip for the following reasons:
1. I received many texts and emails asking me to “respect the cleaning schedule and not show up until check in time.” So I wait until 3:30 (check in is 3pm). There is a man there testing locks when I get there and resetting the lock box. This took until 4pm to complete and should have been completed before check in time.
2. The unit WAS NOT CLEANED. Dirty sheets, towels on the ground, mens hairs all over the bathroom and floor, dirty counters, dirty dishes in the bedroom. Absolutely disgusting. The owner said they would “check with cleaning.” This by itself should’ve been the worst thing as I spent the first evening doing laundry to get the bedding and towels clean. I missed a work event dealing with this disaster.
3. After creating some usable bedding, I asked the owner not to send anyone into the unit. There’s no point in having a cleaner come the next day. I come home from work to find the place DID have visitors that moved things around in the house but did NOT clean the unit. This is such a violation of privacy and security. When I messaged the owner they said “thank you for letting us know.” They had no regard for my safety and have not offered to make any of this right. I left a day early to go stay in a hotel because I didn’t feel safe.
Do not stay here or rent from these owners.
