Great hotel with a lousy Jacuzzi!

The service was great, the room was great, the breakfast was very good. When I go to a hotel, I always look forward the Jacuzzi (hot Jetted Tub for multiple guests-- I've heard it called by several names). Unfortunately, it was more like a gentle breeze than a "jet engine"! I was told that the hotel had recently been purchase from a competitor and the could not afford to fix it. Perhaps this particular hotel could not afford the fix it, but it's not just this Red Lion's reputation that is tarnished by broken equipment. It should be fixed. Everything else about our stay was great, but we won't return to that Red Lion until we know the Jetted Tube is fixed.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I do apologize for the inconvenience of the Jacuzzi. Our Jacuzzi has been repaired and was in working order. The particular night during your stay it might be down. We are currently looking into it and seeing what the issue is.
