Paper thin walls, broken gym equipment, key cards were bad, system down at check in. Clean and comfortable enough, worth it below $75

Just to inform you we did fix all of our gym equipment and all of it is in working order. The system was down due to a mandatory update. I know it is not helpful to you on your recent stay but if you do decide to come with us in the future it will be up and running waiting for you to use.

Slept great. The pillows are like a cloud. Best hotel pillows ever.

Staff very friendly, beds comfortable and clean. Got woken up by a late arrival above us, but they were quiet after 5 to 10 minutes.

Great value for the cost of the area

A good friendly staff and excellent service. Room was well taken care of and breakfast was amazing for all the days I was there! Keep up the good work and you will continue to prosper.

Close to everything.

I stay here because it's close to my Family. It really is handy to everything. Bothell has a nice little downtown area.

Great holiday experience in Woodinville

Pros: Good value for the dollar, well-run place.
Cons: Weird step-down into the bedroom caused a fall...no one was hurt ; )
Location: Woodinville Wine Country!
Loved the hotel, quiet, nice facility if not the newest property, good amenities, close to everything in the Woodinville-Bothell-North Seattle area, nice home-like feel in the room...and did I mention quiet?

Great until you look deeper!

The hotel staff was friendly enough. If I don't mention the fact that for my first 2 nights they charged me no kind of extra fees, but on the 3rd night decided to charge me an "amenities" fee without notice or permission of $20.00, not that it is a large monetary amount, but annoying none the less. Also, at one point, there was some attitude regarding replacement bedding, albeit there was a spilled Gatorade incident, but what can be expected with a 3 year old. But I digress, overall the staff was great. The only other complaint that have, other than the pool closing t 11pm :(, is that when I looked under the couch for our missing remote control, I found a strange assortment of of items that did not belong to us. These items included a toothbrush, a wrapper from a peanut candy bar(baby is allergic to peanuts), an Alaska Airline pin, and a large array of crumbs and other assorted dirt items. This led me do believe that they did not vacuum the room after the last guest. I look under the side table and even bed skirt(yes even right under the bed skirt) for confirmation and found enough dirt to fill a small hole. :P I would probably stay again,...after trying out other hotels in the area:)

It's the second time I chose to stay at Red Lions & Suites in Bothell when I traveled to WA. The staffs of this hotel are friendly and it is so convenient to have a fresh start with the free breakfast provided. The free wifi works well. I will choose this hotel again when I travel to WA next time!
