Staff checking in was very helpful, the room was nice, big and clean, and the location was amazing. It was about a ten minute walk to pike place and there is lots of different food options nearby. Check out was easy and the staff were always very friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Seattle.

The room was clean and the amenities were terrific: microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. All the things needed for a good stay. The ambiance of a gentler time is reflected in the room and the help of the staff was very pleasant.

The property was actually very nice. Yes, it’s a little old. But it has charm. Everything was very easy to get to. We attended a concert , pikes, place market and pledge, Arena, T-Mobile park are all and walking or scooter distance , the area is safe , many times when I parked my car next-door and walked up the hill back to room, I did it alone, and I never felt unsafe. Would for sure book again

Staff were super friendly. Loved the brick patio. Close to good coffee and pastries. Leafy, quiet, and walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed extended strolls to Capitol Hill, Pike Place Market, and Seattle Center. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Parking isn't cool, but it's a Seattle thing. We were lucky enough to have air conditioning. The bar and food was good. Very nice outside patio to sit in. Very close to the hospital was great since mother in law was in for surgery.

I just love this place. No free breakfast is too bad, but it's reasonable priced for Seattle and it's in a great area. I especially like the quietness of the place overall. There's a great rooftop terrace and a really nice outside sitting area in the lobby. I will always stay here when visiting Seattle.

The property is very dated. The staff was pleasant enough but not super helpful. Requested additional supplies and they were never brought up. They do not have ice bags, we were given a trash bag when we asked. No official parking lot. The lot on the street over was often full. Street parking is minimal.
