Beautiful property among the red rocks
We had a wonderful stay at this beautifilly clean house with amazing views, great hot tub, and helpful and responsive hosts. The bedrooms were all made up with care and the location wasn’t too far from downtown Sedona. Instructions were clear and everything was nicely labeled, and the host provided helpful videos on check-in day to guide us on how to use the hot tub and karaoke setup (great fun for the kids!) Kitchen appliances were in good working order. Outdoor patio furniture was a bit dusty, but it was windy on the day we arrived so I can imagine the difficulty of keeping all of it clean. There was also some outdoor trench work along the south of the property (where the outdoor bar is) that would have been nice to know about in advance, but the host noted it upon arrival and was apologetic. We didn’t spend much time on that side of the property. One of the showers also has a slow/partially clogged drain, the host addressed it right away but it became slow to drain again after a day. General tips that aren’t unique to this property: the Sedona area is at 4,000+ feet elevation, and the Grand Canyon is about 7,000, which is likely to require a little adjusting to if you’re coming from near sea level. Also, the main road into downtown Sedona slows down during peak times, like weekend late mornings and afternoons. We had a great stay starting from when we drove into this home’s neighborhood with postcard-perfect views, and when we left wishing we could stay longer. Thanks!

Well located, spacious, clean, great amenities
We travelled with our kids to Sedona for five days. The house is in a great location close to hikes and restaurants. It is very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The owner/manager was very responsive and fixed some minor issues we observed.

Five stars!
If you are fortunate enough to book this property, get excited. The wildlife and views are top notch, as are the amenities. This home is well appointed, functional and comfortable. It's far enough away from downtown Sedona to not feel congest yet close enough to get there in minutes. Many thanks to the host, Barbie, for a great trip!

Fantastic Home with Excellent Views
The house was very clean, accommodating and comfortable. Right away my family picked their beds and settled in with karaoke and the hot tub. The views from the backyard were great, watching the sunrise from the hot tub was a perk. We look forward to future stays at this house.

Great Stay!
Get location, quiet neighborhood, clean/new property, great views. We really enjoyed the few days we got to stay that this property. Can't say enough good things about it. Was a bit far from actual Sedona (about 20 minute drive), but we kind of like that.

Grandma's bucket list trip to Sedona with family!
House was immaculate! Really we didn't even need to leave the house as it had everything we needed and more! Views, amenities, space, just gorgeous! We did some shopping and hiking but the swim spa, outdoor bar and views made coming back to the house amazing. Will stay again!

Perfect property in the mountains. We loved the swim spa & views from the house! The location is nice because it is secluded from the business of Sedona on the weekends but still a short drive away. Close to trailheads and convenience stores in the Village of Oak Creek. Great place to relax. Would rent again!

The property was very clean and accurate to the online listing. Our group had a nice short stay. We enjoyed view of the red rocks and the hot tub. A few things that can be improved on, poor lighting at the bbq area after sunset, no full size extra blankets, a bit early checkout time and long to do list at checkout.

MODERN ADOBE PERFECTION
We had a blast at this VRBO! It couldn’t have been more perfect for my friends, and family to stay for a long weekend. The hit tub fit all 10 of us comfortably and the views were stunning. You felt as though you were surrounded by the beautiful red rocks - because you were! The house spent a lot of time looking at details such as having makeup towels and all the appliances and even little wax seals on the kitchen roll. It was gorgeous and I will for sure be back in a karaoke Our only regret was not staying longer Anna

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has great amenities including a gigantic hot tub, a great karaoke setup, multiple outdoor spaces to sit a relax. A note about sleeping arrangements- the fourth bedroom is a converted garage and has no windows.

Great Family Time in Sedona
This was a great property that was easily able to accommodate my son and his 3 teenagers in addition to my wife and I. The house is new so it is in great condition. Michael and Barbie recently added another bedroom and games area as well as a new hot tub. They were very responsive hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Stay!
The house was well appointed, clean and the area quiet. There is a bit of a drive into Sedona proper, but we enjoyed being away from alot of the hustle. We enjoyed the open concept living of the home that allowed for great connection with family gathered from different states. One level with no steps and master bathroom set up were great for our more elderly guests that have trouble with steps. We will definitely be booking here again our next time in Sedona!

Very nicely appointed home. Feels new - immaculately maintained. It's a 20 min drive to the center of Sedona and many will find that a good feature as you are out of the fray of the town traffic. Beautiful mountain surroundings and hiking trails nearby.

Wonderful Stay
Eight night stay was quiet and relaxing. Incredible views and minutes to Bell Rock. The home was very clean. The patio and outdoor space was perfect for reading, grilling, hanging out and even catching up on emails and a little work. Private and so quiet. Looking forward to returning soon.
