It was a very pleasant stay. No cons at all. It was cheaper than the actual casino by $100 a night.

Mostly clean except outside rooms and trash, gross stuff on the ground. Staff was nice at hotel and in casino. One bad thing is the reception area closes a lot so you have to drive up to the casino for issues or check out

Stay at the actual hotel if you can. The AC didn’t work very well and the vent in the bathroom didn’t really work either- it was brutal because there was someone above us and we could tell when they had used the bathroom. The room itself was outdated but liveable. It was pretty sparse- no outlets in easy reach by the nightstand, but if you moved the bed away from the wall you could find an outlet. It was easy to sleep in- those blackout curtains worked really well. You get what you paid for.

We loved this Hotel. It is not attached to Casino But just up the Hill from it so we drove there. I being half Apache...loved the history of Camp Verde. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL area and so interesting ! It was nice to have a nice dinner in town (drive) then go back to casino for some gambling. Very quiet, pool was clean but evenings were still cool so I jumped in and out. Beds were comfy and room was very Clean. Check in was easy..you have to do it in casino. Our check in guy was very Nice but he was so overworked; I admired him for giving us a pleasant room. Would definitely stay here again. OF course we were visiting during week; so not so crowded.

It’s very close to the casino & they provide shuttle service to and from the casino. There are a few good restaurants in the casino. The room was clean and quiet. The beds comfortable and clean. The toilet had to have the lid removed and the chain pulled from under the flap each time you flushed or it would run constantly. The AC was not quiet. Had to turn it off in order to sleep.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great. No issues with noise after bedtime. There were cigarette butts and ashes on the outdoor patio that could have been cleaned up, but that was the only “dirty” part of the room stay. The price was perfect, especially for a last minute one night stay.

We ended up staying at the casino hotel, which was more convenient and just as affordable. The lodge is down hill from the casino and we would need to drive or take the tram back and forth. Looked like a nice and quiet place to stay from the parking lot.

Had to go to Casino to check in, no service available at Lodge. Line to check in was several people deep and took a bit with only one clerk available. Property overall was average. For the price it's good. Mattresses were clean, but felt cheap/worn out. Could use a mattress update. Restaurant options available in Casino. Dinner buffet was less than desirable for price. We also did breakfast buffet and that was better. Kids and I enjoyed pool while hubby enjoyed the casino. I did fall on stairs leading to pool. It was not well lit and the handrail stops short of the last step. I missed the last step and fell; skinning knee and leg. No big deal for me, but an older person or less able person it could have been worse. Need a bit better lighting/handrail/warning. We would stay again if in the area.

The Drain plug for the bathtub was broken and I called the front desk, with my cell because the phone in the room was broken. It was about 8:00pm when I called. The Maintenance guy was there within minutes. He quickly fixed it and was on his way. He was fast & Friendly. I would recommend this place to people.
